Kristi's Overlook-This restaurant is a 5–8-minute drive west on the main road. They serve Tex-Mex, ribs, and coconut shrimp. Don't miss Taco Tuesday. They accept credit cards and are closed on Mondays.
The Crow’s Nest Restaurant is located in Marble Hill Farms, a boutique resort. It is high on a bluff and overlooks Punta Blanca and is about 20 minutes away.
Trico Bar and Grill is located at the Jonesville Marina in the Czech Village. It is known for Trico Tuesday and serves a great lobster roll. They have live music, food and drink specials. They accept credit cards and are about 11 minutes away.
Paya Bay offers a great lunch, yoga classes, and walking trails near Camp Bay Beach.
Salty Dawg is in OakRidge. It was previously called BJs. The food is excellent. It is about 20 minutes and they only accept cash.
La Sirena at Camp Bay is a small restaurant over the water. They have great.
Rum Punch, Lion Fish fingers and Lobster. It is about 25 minutes away. They only take cash.
Camp Bay Lodge is a little before you get to La Sirena.
Heading West
French Harbour:
Herby’s Sports Bar and Grill is in the Clarion Suites-Roatan at Pineapple Villas. This is the best place to watch a game. It is around 16 minutes to get there.
Romero’s is in French Harbor and has great pizza, seafood and wine. They accept credit cards and around 20 minutes away.
Gio’s Roatan is a good place to get Spiny Caribben King Crab and Italian food. The crab is indigenous to the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef System. Gio's is about 20 minutes away and accepts credit cards.
Gilei's is a delicious cafe located above the Ace Hardware. They serve breakfast and lunch and are open until 5. They accept credit cards.
Las Verandas Hotel is in Pristine Bay and has a great poolside restaurant for lunch.
Palmetto Bay has The Roatan Island Brewing and is a good spot after you arrive to grab lunch and beer. It is 10 minutes east of the airport and 18 minutes west of the beach house. Check their Facebook page for specialty food, beer and events. They are open Wednesday through Sunday until 5 and accept credit cards.
The Yacht Club is in French Harbor across from Eldon’s and offers great burgers for lunch and is a good spot after arriving because it is close to Eldon's the grocery store. They accept credit cards.
Silver Sides-Has recently moved to west end. They serve delicious food and cocktails in a nice atmosphere. They accept credit cards.
West End/West Bay
Roatan Oasis has great food and cocktails and is a favorite place to eat for lunch. Luna Muna is located in the Ibagari Boutique Hotel and is on the water. It is an upscale restaraunt with delicious food. Reservations are recommended. Lotus restarurant is next door at Xbalanque and a nice lunch/dinner spot. Ginger's is a fun bar on half moon bay to eat lunch. The Mayan Princess has a great brunch on the weekends. Bananarama is a nice place to have a cocktail/appetizer. The Chocolate Factory has great homeade ice cream, coffee, desserts and smoothies. The Blue Elephant Thai is good for lunch and dinner too.
